Blood Purifier:
Boil 1 tsp of Blood Purifier in 8 oz of spring water
Let tea gently boil for a 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes
Let cool to warm to cool temperature and drink

Best had in the morning - with or without food
