Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses  

Shipping Responsibility: Once an order is shipped out and has been marked as delivered by the shipping company, Francesca's Formulas is no longer responsible for the package. The risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package. If the package is marked as delivered but the customer has not gotten it, the customer needs to contact the shipping carrier to locate the package.

If a package is shipped correctly by Francesca's Formulas and it is lost or stolen, Francesca's Formulas is not responsible.  We use the exact address provided. 

We do not offer replacements. Please contact your local post office. We advise checking with your neighbors. It has happened many times that the neighbor was holding the missing package.
