Refunds / Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products,  all products sold by Francesca's Formulas being made fresh, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.  

We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.

Incorrect or Broken Items - If you receive either a broken item with torn or tampered seal of shipping container or shipping mailer, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your name and order number and photos if applicable.

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
