Francesca’s Formulas – Powdered Products Subscription Policy

Effective for all local pickup subscriptions

Pickup Policy Overview

By subscribing and selecting pickup, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Local Pickup Only

  • Subscriptions set to pickup must be collected from our McAllen location.

  • No delivery options are available for pickup subscriptions.

Pickup Timeline

  • You will be billed automatically every two weeks (bi-weekly) based on the quantity you selected.

  • You have a 5-day grace period from the date of charge to pick up your order with no issue.

Missed Pickup Protocol

If you do not pick up within the 5-day grace period:

  • We reserve the right to withhold your product at that time.

  • Our formulas are made fresh and have expiration timelines. To maintain quality and inventory integrity, we cannot guarantee availability of unclaimed products beyond the 5-day period.

  • Customers who miss the pickup window must contact us directly to confirm a new date and time for pickup. Product availability will be determined at that time.

No Storage Guarantee

  • We do not store or guarantee access to orders not picked up within the 5-day window.

  • Availability past that period is not assured.

Subscription Commitment

  • This subscription requires a minimum 3-month commitment.

  • Early cancellations are not permitted, as consistency is essential to achieve intended wellness results.

Right to Cancel

Francesca’s Formulas reserves the right to cancel any pickup subscription at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated missed pickups

  • Lack of communication regarding pickup issues

  • Inability to maintain product quality due to unclaimed products

  • Non-compliance with these stated terms

Shipping Orders – Different Policy

  • If you choose shipping instead of pickup, this policy does not apply.

  • In the event we are out of stock, shipped orders receive first priority and will be mailed out as soon as possible once stock is replenished.

Agreement & Consent

By proceeding with your subscription purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to all of the above policies. These terms are in place to ensure product freshness, program consistency, and the integrity of our healing mission.
