Third-party app payment policy

Policy for CashApp, Zelle & Third-Party App Purchases

1. Proof of Purchase Requirement

- Customers must present the payment confirmation (screenshot, email receipt, or app confirmation screen) at the time of pickup.

- The name on the payment app must match the name of the person picking up the order, unless prior arrangements were made.

2. Pickup Timeframe

- Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days of purchase.

- After 7 days, we are not responsible for holding items, and no refunds will be issued.

3. No Pickup Record

- Because CashApp, Zelle, and third-party payments do not create an automatic pickup log, you must confirm pickup at the time of receiving your order.

- Once an order leaves our premises, we consider it fulfilled.

4. Late Pickups

- If a customer arrives significantly after the purchase date, they must bring proof of payment.

- If the order has already been closed out or the product is no longer available, a replacement or credit is not guaranteed.

5. Disputes

- Any disputes must be made within 48 hours of pickup with proof of issue (e.g., product photo, payment receipt).

- Without confirmation, we cannot retroactively verify unclaimed orders.
