Francesca’s Formulas – MyTea Cleanse Gallon Subscription Policy
Effective for all local pickup subscriptions
Pickup Policy Overview
By subscribing to the MyTea Cleanse Gallon Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Local Pickup Only
- Gallon subscriptions are pickup only and must be collected from our McAllen location.
- No delivery options are available at this time.
Pickup Timeline
- You will be billed automatically every two weeks (bi-weekly) based on the number of gallons you selected.
- You have a 5-day grace period from the date of charge to pick up your gallon(s) with no issue.
Missed Pickup Protocol
If you do not pick up your gallon(s) within the 5-day grace period:
- We reserve the right to withhold your product at that time.
- Our gallon products are made fresh and have expiration timelines. To maintain product quality and inventory integrity, we cannot guarantee availability of unclaimed gallons beyond the 5-day period.
- Customers who miss the pickup window must contact us directly to confirm a specific date and time for pickup. Product availability will be determined at that time.
No Storage Guarantee
- We do not store or guarantee access to gallon orders that are not picked up within the 5-day window. Availability past that period is not assured.
Subscription Commitment
- This subscription requires a minimum 3-month commitment. Early cancellations are not permitted, as consistency is essential to achieve intended wellness results.
Right to Cancel
Francesca’s Formulas reserves the right to cancel any gallon subscription at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Repeated missed pickups
- Lack of communication regarding pickup issues
- Inability to maintain product quality due to unclaimed gallons
- Non-compliance with these stated terms
Agreement & Consent
By proceeding with your subscription purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to all of the above policies. These terms are in place to ensure product freshness, program consistency, and the integrity of our healing mission.
