Parasite Destroyer:
Finish the entire jar within 14–16 days (this is one full treatment cycle).

Boil 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of spring water and simmer for 10 minutes, and let sit in herbs for another 10. Strain and drink luke warm.

If the taste is too strong, use a straw & to make it easier.

For best protection, repeat the full cycle & every 2–3 months.

Best paired with & Blood Purifier Tea & for a complete cleanse.

Blood Purifier:
Boil 1 tsp of Blood Purifier in 8 oz of spring water
Let tea gently boil for a 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes
Let cool to warm to cool temperature and drink

Best had in the morning - with or without food

MyTea Powder:
Boil 10 oz of spring water with 2 scoops of Mytea Powder Plus- and brew for 4 minutes. Let cool and drink. IMPORTANT: Drink Sediment, do not filter the tea.
Hack: This tea is best used with drinking lots of spring water in the day. Mixing the 10 oz with a liter of spring water ( yes will taste diluted) but will ensure you drink it all and get maximum benefits.

Diet Dust:
- Boil 1-5 tsp in water like a tea ( the more you add, the more energy you will have, and kick cravings out)
- Add non-dairy milk if you want it creamy
- drink in the morning or early afternoon or it may keep you up
(hack: use 1-5 tsp with your favorite non sugar coffee to amp up your day)
